Sporta are proud to have worked with MCC for the team’s recent legacy tour of Nepal.

The first in a series of three running up to 2021, it saw the team play six matches, including a first-class match in Kathmandu. As the first game to be played in the country for 14 years, it drew thousands to the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kathmandu.

MCC Foundation also launched an eight-month project with UK charity Kidasha. The initiative will see the Foundation lay nets, up-skill local teachers and coaches, provide kit and cricket training, and establish a new schools league for boys and girls in the Pokhara, Nepal’s second largest city.

Sporta managed all the logistics for the tour, including flights, accommodation, transport and meals. Working closely with MCC from the earliest stages, we also assisted MCC in liaising with the Nepal cricket authorities. You can find out more about the tour on the Lord’s MCC website here.
